Our partnership with Germany’s most prestigious airline dates all the way back to 2009 when we started creating distinctive designs featuring the iconic Lufthansa crane. The famous logo was designed in 1918 by graphic artist Otto Firle for Deutsche Luft-Reederei, a Lufthansa predecessor. In 1962, Otl Aicher - one of the most influential German designers of the 20th century - evolved the Lufthansa logo, creating the look that is still used down to this very day with minor modifications.

Every Trolley is produced on customer request in detailed craftsmanship in our Cologne based manufacture - this creates the Original. Aeroplane trolleys by bordbar comply with the globally recognised ATLAS-Norm, used by Lufthansa and Emirates among others. The materials used in the trolleys must comply with the stringent requirements of the aviation industry.
30-year warranty
Our bordbar 30-year warranty covers the technical functionality, including secure locking, flawless rolling, and braking mechanism. For electrical equipment such as our LED light shelf or cooler, a warranty period of two years applies.
