How to configure your personal bordbar aircraft trolley

Choose your body type:

bordbar trolleys are made to order, handcrafted at our Cologne manufactory from premium materials; used trolleys are trolleys that have already been used by international airlines, which we also restore in Cologne ready for their next ground mission. Each used trolley has flown around the globe for approximately 8-15 years - the marks the trolleys bear making them genuine one-of-a-kind aviation pieces.

Choose your design:
Each body has its own unique design line. You can choose from over 100 bordbar, Lufthansa & Pan Am designs. You can also
create your own design thanks to our bordbar design service.

Choose your door option:
You can choose between bordbar classic, transparent &
window options (depending on the edition). Our
recommendation: Go for the transparent door for the perfect minibar experience.

Choose your equipment:
There are currently 7 pre-configured equipment sets to choose from. You can also use our configurator to upgrade  your minibar with individual equipment items.

256 available colours & 19 programme levels allow you to switch between different colour palettes

Our next generation and the first time a cooler has ever been integrated into an aircraft trolley.
With a volume of 18L, noise emissions of less than 36DB (equivalent to the volume of an analogue wristwatch) and energy efficiency class A, the bordbar cooler offers precise temperature control between 8-18 ° C.
