*Warranty Statement

bordbar design GmbH provides customers with a 30-year warranty on the technical functionality from the receipt of the goods. This warranty covers the technical functionality of the bordbar aircraft trolleys, including secure locking, flawless rolling, and braking mechanism.

The warranty applies on the condition that the bordbar is used properly and non-commercially. It extends worldwide to all customers. Excluded are explicitly the leather elements on the bordbar_voyager, prints, and electrical equipment.

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must contact us in writing, by fax, or by email within 14 days of discovering the defect. The warrantor is bordbar design GmbH, Daimlerstr. 21, 50859 Cologne.

Your rights as a consumer under statutory warranty are not affected or restricted by this additional warranty.
