Delivery Time

Each and every one of our bordbar trolleys is unique as it is individually configured by you. For that reason our normal delivery time for trolleys can take up to approximately 3 to 5 weeks.
A variety of different products are in stock and can therefore be despatched to you in a matter of days. After receiving your order we will inform you of the delivery date. You are welcome to enquire about current delivery times at any time.

 

Delivery Method

Shipping to Germany and Europe is done with UPS in a special packaging designed for the design trolley. Within Germany, we ship with UPS Saver, allowing you to choose your preferred delivery day.

Outside of Europe, we ship with our partner DHL Express.

Average delivery times:

Germany: 1-2 business days Europe: 1-4 business days Worldwide: 2-8 business days

 

Will I be notified when the airline trolley arrives?

UPS makes three delivery attempts. If you're not at home, they'll either arrange for a new delivery attempt or leave a notification card with further instructions.

DHL Express makes two delivery attempts, and you will be notified in advance via email about On-Demand-Delivery. You'll have the opportunity to change the delivery day and/or location there.

 

I want my own design on my bordbar airline trolley. Is that possible?

bordbar trolleys are the epitome of flexibility and mobility. If you want to express your creativity via your bordbar we are only happy to provide you with this particular canvas. We use digital printing which means you can have photos and illustrations of any kind applied. You can also edit pre-existing patterns from the bordbar collection and give it your personal touch.

What’s the difference between a new and a used trolley?

The new airplane trolleys are 100% the same as the original trolleys used by airlines around the world. The used trolleys have been up in the air before and are refurbished for use on the ground after their service in the sky. Technically, both models are the same, the visual appearance of the aluminium frame, the castors and the interior of the used trolley, however, will show the typical signs of usage.

 

Which airline used the trolley before it was refurbished?

It is not possible to say with certainty which airlines the trolleys have flown with. More often than not, we are obligated to obscure any signs of origin of the used trolleys.

 

How does the LED base work?

Like any other light source the LED base needs electricity. There is a cable exit at the back of the base plate, which can be used to discreetly and almost invisibly lead the cable to a power source. 

 

How does the cooler work?

it has one feature that tops all others: its sound - or better yet, the nearly absence thereof. You have to connect the cooler to the power to have the active cooling system. The back side of the trolley can be hidden with a cover to hide the electronic parts. For more information click HERE.

 

Is it possible to change the interior equipment of the trolleys at a later date or is everything fixed?

The enormous advantage of owning a bordbar product is the seemingly infinite flexibility it offers. You can change the interior of your trolley around freely or add new interior equipment at a later date. You can visit our shop for further equipment here.

Is the trolley and the box lockable?

Thanks to a small padlock every bordbar trolley and box becomes lockable. There is a fixture for that on the lockplate in front.

 

I already have a trolley. Can I order just the design?

Every trolley is different in terms of surface type, measurements and condition. We want bordbar quality in every one of our products. Which is why we always apply the laminates to the trolleys ourselves and don’t sell the laminates separately.

 

Where can I take a look at a bordbar?

You don’t have to take a flight or visit the airport just to see a bordbar in real life. We have a worldwide network of trading partners. Just call us, send us an email so we can let you know where you can find a bordbar closest to you or have a look at our bordbar retailers.
